Commitment to Academics
At South Georgia Athletics, we believe that success on the track begins with success in the classroom. Our partnership with an accredited college provides a wide range of online degree courses delivered in-person on our campus, enabling student-athletes to pursue their academic goals while competing at a high level. We emphasize academic support with access to tutoring, flexible scheduling, and personalized advising to ensure our athletes excel both academically and athletically.
Our mission goes beyond the track. We are dedicated to shaping well-rounded individuals by fostering personal development, encouraging community engagement, and supporting spiritual growth. As the Huskies Women’s Track and Field team embarks on its first year, we are excited to provide a platform where athletes can thrive, achieve their dreams, and represent South Georgia Athletics with pride on the national stage.
We look forward to building a program rooted in excellence and seeing our athletes succeed in the classroom, on the track, and in life. GO HUSKIES!
